Recipe instructions:

  2. In a separate bowl mix with a fork the 2 eggs, milk and vanilla. When it is well mixed slowly pour it into the creamy buttery and sugary mix until liquidy!
  3. Add a pinch of salt and add six tablespoons of flour then mix well. If the mixture is too liquidy keep adding tablespoons of flour to the mix. Make sure it has no lumps and the consistency is a little lighter than Nutella.
  4. Get a frypan and turn your stove on low heat. Place a tiny bit of butter and wait till it sizzles. Place 3 tablespoons of your batter on the sizzling pan, swirl it a little and leave it till it has a nice golden crisp colour. Do this till you run out of batter.
